More about me

I like coding because it gives me something concrete to focus on. I also enjoy the feeling that I helped build with something useful.

Outside of work, I enjoy knitting and photography. Knitting gives me the same sense of focus and completion that I find in coding. Photography helps me notice and keep the quieter moments around me.

I get anxious easily, and making these things helps me slow down. It gives me something to focus on and helps me feel calmer.

My MBTI is ISFJ if that matters. I think it gives a fairly accurate picture of me.

I’m still learning and growing. AI has made it easier to move between languages and tools, so I don’t think a developer’s value comes from knowing one particular language anymore. What matters more is developing better judgment. And that's what I’m working toward that by building a broader technical understanding.

I’m also open to volunteering on projects involving websites or apps. If you have something that could use a hand, feel free to get in touch — I’d be happy to learn more and see how I can help.
